Space QAi is a collection of proprietary pricing, valuation, and investment-decision-making tools developed by SFC to facilitate SFC's Space Structured Finance transactions.  

Space QAi is derived from the use of quantitative analysis (QA) and artificial intelligence (Ai) in connection with SFC's Space Structured Finance decisions for space assets.

Space QAi tools use quantitative analysis (QA) of space-asset-related data to calculate in-situ market values of space assets for Space Structured Finance transactions by determining reliable cash flow, supply and demand functions, and competitive market data. By continuously updating Space QAi's knowledge of the universe of space-asset and related market data and using artificial intelligence (Ai) to aggregate and analyze that data, Space QAi develops its complete domain awareness (CDA) and reduces Space Structured Finance risk by fully understanding space-asset values and making the best decisions for the non-dilutive capital invested by SFC and its partners.
